Returning to riding after 30yrs. Just completed my 2 day QRIDE course on a CB400 with Jay and the team from NQRIDE and liked the bike so much I rescued a cosmetically neglected ’97 Super Four from Rising Sun Honda which I’ll be picking-up in the next week or so.
The first thing of note is that my bike is …ummm differently abled thanks to a single seat rego where they make you cut the seat down to a max length not exceeding 500mm --god bless ‘em.
But we’re about to do some plastic surgery on this old girl and transform her from Ugly Betty into Black Betty --think Betty Paige [NSFW] not Betty White --ok put the tissues and lotion away.
My goal is to transform her whilst still retaining her as a daily ride --which should be interesting
