Gospel Koan 10.2
Many Names, One Truth
Koan 10.2
Call it Dao: 'natural order', Dharma: 'divine law' or Gospel: 'God spell', the conference of difference is the 'condition of being' that is existence.
Summary Exposition
The central mechanism is the identification of a universal ontological principle underlying all physical and metaphysical systems, positing relationality as the foundational condition for all that is. A single, potent example is an ecosystem, where the interdependent differences between producers, consumers and decomposers constitute the stable, self-regulating order of the whole. The implication is that what various traditions conceptualize as the ultimate cosmic order (Dao, Dharma) or creative word (Gospel) is, in its ontological essence, this same process of differential conferencing. All that is then is either transformed or revealed by means of this perfect process primitive no matter its appearance or name.
