Gospel Koan 40.6
God is Perfect
Koan 40.6
As Principal: 'unvaryingly foremost' to the 'condition of being' that is existence, God as Principal is thus perfect: 'complete'.
Summary Exposition
The mechanism defines perfection as ontological completeness, a state lacking in nothing because the Principal is the source from which all attributes and potentials are derived. Being wholly prior and self-sufficient, God contains no unrealized potential or dependency that would constitute a lack. For example, a perfect mathematical axiom is complete in itself; it requires nothing external to validate its truth and is the ground for deriving further theorems. The implication is that the divine is the only absolute referent for perfection, as all other things are contingent and partial expressions, inherently defined by their relationship to this complete source.
