Gospel Koan 60.2
Adaptive Intention
Koan 60.2
Every being: 'action to be' is a will: 'want' to purpose: 'put completely' and thus means: 'intends' to transform existence.
Summary Exposition
The central mechanism is the identification of being with a purposive will that means to actualize itself completely, thereby intending to transform the state of existence. A single, potent example is a bird building a nest; its act of being is the will to fully put itself into the purpose of creating shelter, thereby intentionally altering its environment. The implication is that existence is not passive but is fundamentally a transformative activity. Every entity, simply by being, is an agent of change, imposing purpose onto the raw material of the world and reshaping reality through its intentional thrust.
