Gospel Koan 40.2
Enabling Everything
Koan 40.2
God as Principal: 'unvaryingly foremost' to existence functions as omnipotence: the 'condition of enabling everything'.
Summary Exposition
The central mechanism defines omnipotence as the 'condition of enabling everything' i.e. the power inherent to the creative process we call God. This is not the capacity for any arbitrary act, but the foundational capacity-to-be that allows all specific powers and phenomena to arise. A single, potent example is the conference of difference itself: it is the omnipotent condition, as it enables every specific interaction, entity and transformation. Without this relational ground, no subsequent power or action is possible. The fundamental implication is that all derivative power and agency within the universe are secondary expressions, wholly permitted by and dependent upon this primary, enabling condition of creation.
